- Effingham Police arrested 18 year old Cheyenne N. Haston of Teutopolis for theft over $500, unlawful possession of another’s credit card, and unlawful use of credit/debit card. Cheyenne was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 20 year old Daniel M. Langham of Effingham for a Coles County warrant for burglary. Daniel was taken into custody.
- Effingham Police arrested 33 year old Kendra N. Snider of Marion for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of meth <5g. Kendra was given an NTA.

- At 11:44 A.M. east of the intersection of Raney and Ave of Mid America a vehicle driven by Sarhonda M. Aldridge, 56, Mattoon, attempted to merge lanes, causing a vehicle driven by Ashton S. Cunningham, 29, Ramsey, to drive over the curb to avoid being struck. No injuries and no citations.
- At 10:00 A.M. at the intersection of 3rd and Fayette a vehicle driven by Leslie R. Boothby, 67, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Steven A. Kaufman, 56, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
