- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 20 year old Ally J. Niebrugge of Effingham for possession of meth <5g, resisting a police officer, no valid Driver’s License, and expired registration. Ally was given an NTA.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested Abigail Montgomery of Beecher City for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Abigail posted $575 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 30 year old Justin D. Blackburn of Ramsey for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration, and possession of adult cannabis in a motor vehicle. Justin was given an NTA.
