Effingham County Jail

  • Effingham Police Department arrested 31-year-old Chasta M Price of Mattoon. Price was arrested on a Effingham County failure to appear/pay warrant for possession of meth under five grams. Price posted $375 and was released.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 23-year-old Alexis C Gutierrez of Effingham. Gutierrez was arrested on charges of domestic battery, resisting/obstructing/disarming a police officer and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of meth under five grams. Gutierrez is still in custody.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 23-year-old Logan B Smith of Charleston, Illinois. Smith was arrested on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for theft with intent between $500-$10,000. Smith is still in custody,
  • Illinois State Police arrested 38-year-old Arik E Warner of Vandalia. Warner was arrested on charges of domestic battery and is still in custody.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42-year-old Bridgitte E Bible of Flora. Bible was arrested on charges of DUI/Alcohol and released after being given a notice to appear.
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 29-year-old Tyler D Flowers of Effingham. Flowers was arrested on charges of DUI/Alcohol and released after being given a notice to appear
  • Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 35-year-old Nathan A Roley of Effingham. Roley was arrested on a Effingham County failure to appear warrant for accumulation. Roley posted $250 and was released.
  • Effingham Police Department arrested 62-year-old Timothy E Finfrock of Watson. Finfrock was arrested on an Effingham County warrant for unlawful possession of meth and unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon. Finfrock was given a notice to appear and released per COVID policy.
