- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 37-year-old Bettyann M. Conner of Mode, Illinois. Conner was arrested on a mittimus to IDOC and is still in custody.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 18-year-old Justin L.E. Baker of Osceola, Missouri. Baker was arrested on charges of unlawful use/possession of a weapon by a felon. Baker was given a notice to appear and released.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 40-year-old William E. Selfridge of Indianapolis, Indiana. Selfridge was arrested on charges of unlawful use/possession of a weapon by a felon, improper use of registration and driving with a suspended/revoked drivers license. Selfridge was given a notice to appear and released.
