WHAT:
- One Vehicle Personal Injury Traffic Crash
WHERE:
- Interstate 57 southbound at milepost 124, Marion County
WHEN:
- Sept. 17, 2021 at approximately 7:07 p.m.
VEHICLES:
- Unit 1 – White 2019 Ford F650 pulling a Uhaul Trailer
DRIVERS:
- Unit 1 – Tammy R. Butcher, 40-year-old female from O’Brien, FL – Transported to an area hospital with injuries.
PASSENGER:
- Unit 1 – Paul A. Butcher, 63-year-old male from O’Brien, FL – Transported to an area hospital with injuries.
PRELIMINARY:
- Preliminary investigative details indicate the following occurred: Unit 1 was traveling southbound on Interstate 57. The left rear tires came off, causing the driver of Unit 1 to lose control of Unit 1. Unit 1 then overturned on the right side of the road.
