Memorial Health System Raising Minimum Hourly Pay

Springfield, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Memorial Health system is raising its minimum pay to 15-dollars an hour.

The increase will be made at five of its hospitals and dozens of other health care locations in Central Illinois. MHS is also adjusting compensation for those receiving a higher pay rate in other hospital roles.

The increase to 15 dollars an hour matches the target set for the statewide minimum wage to be reached in 2025.
