- Effingham Police arrested 40 year old Andrew S. Staley of Flora for a Clay County FTA warrant for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Andrew posted $375 and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 19 year old Chrystina G. Archer of Robinson for a Johnson County, KS warrant for felony theft. Chrystina was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 47 year old Tammy J. Bradford of Robinson for a Hendricks County, IN warrant for possession of narcotic drug, unlawful possession of drug legend, and possession of controlled substance. Tammy was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Harley R. Thomas of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for delivery of meth <5g, driving while license suspended, a Jasper County FTA warrant for conceal/aid fugitive. Harley posted $325 and was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 36 year old Trenton A. Niemeyer of Effingham for battery, an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of meth, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt. Trenton was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- Effingham Police arrested 29 year old Tomas Canfield of Effingham for aggravated battery to a police officer (x4), flee/elude police officers, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene with vehicle damage (x3), criminal damage to state supply property (x2), reckless driving, improper lane usage, drive on sidewalk, illegal use of cell/text, unnecessary use of horn disposition. Tomas was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Dalton G. Higgs of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Dalton posted $575 and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 56 year old Delois E. Butler of Effingham for DUI/alcohol. Delois was given an NTA.

- At 2:12 P.M. at 1305 N. Keller a vehicle driven by Sierra D. Willis, 21, Altamont, sideswiped a vehicle driven by Bryan K. Jones, 38, Pana. No injuries and no citations.

- At 11:31 A.M. south of the intersection of Keller and Marvon a vehicle driven by Eldor E. Klitzing, 90, Effingham, sideswiped a vehicle driven by David C. Walters, 60, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
- At 12:15 P.M. at 1301 Thelma Keller a semi driven by Nicholas A. Schaffer, 38, Oakhurst, struck and damaged a building owned by Crossroads Centers LLC. No injuries and no citations.
- At 1:17 P.M. at the intersection of Banker and Austin a vehicle driven by Lisa R. Rea, 28, Olney, sideswiped a vehicle driven by David N. Kinkelaar, 57, Sigel. No injuries and no citations.
