EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

April 24, 2021

Effingham Police arrested 29 year old Kyrstie M. Roderick of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of meth, a Shelby County FTA warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. An NTA was issued by Effingham County and Shelby County.
Effingham Police arrested 35 year old Shannon Fanton of Grand Junction, CO for criminal trespass to property. Shannon was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 34 year old Tucker O’Hara of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant for burglary without causing damage. Tucker was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham Police arrested 42 year old Lea Ann Duckwitz of Brownstown for possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Lee Ann was given an NTA.
Illinois State Police arrested 32 year old Justin D. Abbott of Calhoun, KY for DUI- alcohol, loud exhaust, and no license plate light. Justin was given an NTA.

Effingham Police arrested 54 year old Jody L. Nosbich of Effingham for possession of meth and burglary tools. Jody was given an NTA.

April 26, 2021

Effingham Police arrested 39 year old John T. Henderson of Effingham for violation of order of protection. John was taken to the Effingham County jail.

April 20, 2021

At 5:03 A.M. at 514 Hendelmeyer a vehicle driven by Edward C. Applegate, 35, Casey, backed into and damaged building 514A at the Colonnade Apartment Complex. No injuries and no citations.

April 23, 2021

At 8:00 A.M. at 2301 Veterans an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Debra Monk, Effingham. No injuries and no citations at this time.
At 12:41 P.M. at the intersection of Fayette and Maple a vehicle driven by Jaiden E. Coleman, 22, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Stephanie L. Snow, 19, Vandalia, causing Snow’s vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Gerald A. Winterrowd, 65, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.

At 2:02 P.M. at the intersection of Fayette and Henrietta an unknown vehicle rear-ended a vehicle driven by Tiffany M. Snow, 39, Effingham, causing Snow’s vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Samantha D. Manning, 29, Flora, which in turn caused Manning’s vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Ruth M. Jones, 68, Flora. No injuries and no citations at this time.
At 4:15 P.M. at the intersection of Fayette and Maple a vehicle driven by Jeremy R. Snell, 45, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Logan D. Poe, 21, Elgin, causing Poe’s vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Jarrett J. Hardiek, 19, Teutopolis. No injuries and no citations.
