March 10, 2021
- Effingham Police arrested 44 year old Ina M. Blankenship of Vandalia for possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypo needle, and meth possession. Ina was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 27 year old Shawn A. Willis of Mulberry Grove for possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypo needle, and possession of meth. Shawn was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Cody A. Jones of Edgewood for an Effingham County warrant for failure to appear for residential burglary. Cody posted $575 bond and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 49 year old William A. Dockery of Effingham for domestic battery. William was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Cortez J. Rodriguez of Vandalia for possession of meth <5g, possession of hypo needle, and driving while license suspended. Cortez was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Alexander D. Hewkin of Effingham for a Cumberland County warrant for domestic battery and violation of OOP. Alexander was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 0 year old Brittany M. Hall of Kinmundy for a Marion County FTA warrant for meth manufacturing <15g. Brittany was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Wesley P. Atkins of Effingham for a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Wesley posted $175 bond and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 34 year old Lindsey J. Graham of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant for 2 counts of contempt. Lindsey posted $200 bond and was released.

CRASHES
February 15, 2021
- At 2:38 P.M. at the intersection of Banker and Walk a vehicle driven by Alan J. Ruholl, 61, Louisville, collided with a vehicle driven by Robert E. Bone, Jr., 27, Effingham. Bone sustained injuries and was transported by Effingham Police Officers to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. Ruholl was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
