- Effingham Police arrested 38 year old Nicholas A. Berg of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery and unlawful restraint. Nicholas was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 22 year old Anthony T. Kinke of Murray, KY for an Effingham County warrant for contempt. Anthony was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Miranda S. Myers of Toledo for possession of meth. Miranda was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham Police arrested 54 year old Richard L. Clarke of Altamont for a Jasper County warrant for failure to appear for driving on a revoked/suspended license and DUI. Richard posted $325 bail and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Christina L/ Belisle of Effingham for staking and disorderly conduct. Christina was taken to the Effingham County jail.
