O’Fallon, IL -(Effingham Radio)- HSHS Medical Group is pleased to announce Ashley Koenig, MA, as our November Colleague of the Month Award winner. Ashley is a Medical Assistant at HSHS Medical Group Family Medicine in O’Fallon, Illinois.
The Colleague of the Month is chosen from nominations submitted by fellow HSHS Medical Group team members. “Ashley takes the time to know each individual patient and their family so that we can better take care of all of their needs,” her nominator said. “She always has a smile on her face and even during these stressful times of COVID, she has maintained her calm and has been a steady spark of joy in the office to the staff and patients.”
“My favorite part of my job is interacting with patients and coworkers each day,” Ashley said. “The feeling of being able to make a positive difference for someone is very rewarding.”
Ashley’s favorite after-work activities include spending time with her family including her two cats and her dog.
