• 28 year old, Ryan J. Walk, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Domestic Battery.
• 35 year old, Roy J. Gillespie, of Altamont, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Aggravated Battery and Use Of A Deadly Weapon.
