Mattoon, IL -(Effingham Radio)- From the Mattoon Police Department:
Mattoon Police arrested Leanne M. Welty, 34 years of age of Decatur, IL, for the offenses of Driving While License Revoked, and Obstructing Justice.
The arrest occurred on 6/3/2020 at 8:07am in the 1700 block of Wabash Ave in Mattoon. The charge alleges that on 6/3/20 while in the 1700 block of Wabash Ave, Ms. Welty was stopped while driving a vehicle by police for investigative purposes, at which time she provided police with a false name. Police were able to identify Ms. Welty and observed she had been driving with a revoked drivers license. Ms. Welty was taken to the Coles County Jail.

Mattoon Police arrested Jimmy S. Derixson, 42 years of age of Mattoon, for the offenses of Possession of Child Pornography, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
The arrest occurred on 6/3/2020 at 3:50pm in the 2000 block of Champaign Ave in Mattoon. The charge alleges that on 5/21/20, Mattoon police began an investigation into a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, alleging Mr. Derixson to have uploaded child pornography. Mr. Derixson was located on 6/3/20 in the 2000 block of Champaign, at which time his cell phone was seized as part of a court ordered search warrant. Mr. Derixson admitted to the cellphone being his, along with a google account, which he was supposed to register as part of sex offender compliance, however he had not. A search of Mr. Derixson’s cellphone revealed images of child pornography. Mr. Derixson was taken to the Coles County Jail.

Mattoon Police arrested Skye D. Arthur, 40 years of age of Mattoon, for the offense of Domestic Battery.
The arrest occurred on 6/5/2020 at 2:51pm at Mattoon PD. The charge alleges that on 5/29/20 while in the 3300 block of Chestnut Ave, and during a domestic dispute, Ms. Arthur struck a male, ripped his shirt, and threw a picture frame at him. Ms. Arthur later located on 6/5/20 when she was arrested, and was taken to the Coles County Jail.

Mattoon Police arrested Rickey L. Trader, 50 years of age of Mattoon, for the offense of Domestic Battery.
The arrest occurred on 6/5/2020 at 8:20pm in the 500 block of East Rudy in Mattoon. The charge alleges that on 6/4/20 while in the 500 block of East Rudy, and during a domestic dispute, Mr. Trader grabbed a female by the arm, and shoved her to the ground multiple times. Mr. Trader was located and arrested on 6/5/20, and was taken to the Coles County Jail.

Mattoon Police arrested Dustin R. Hudson, 31 years of age of Mattoon, for the offense of Domestic Battery.
The arrest occurred on 6/7/2020 at 5:26am in the 2600 block of Marshall Ave in Mattoon. The charge alleges that on 6/7/20 while in the 2600 block of Marshall Ave, and during a domestic dispute, Mr. Hudson shoved a female down a stairway. Mr. Hudson was taken to the Coles County Jail.

Mattoon Police arrested Hannah M. Danneberger, 30 years of age of Windsor, IL, for the offense of Non-Consensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images.
The arrest occurred on 6/7/2020 at 6:02pm at Mattoon PD. The charge alleges that on 5/26/2020, Ms. Danneberger stole a cellphone belonging to another female, and sent multiple nude images of the female to multiple people, without the females knowledge or consent. Ms. Danneberger was taken to the Coles County Jail.
