DRIVERS:
- Jason E. Durre, 48, of Effingham
PASSENGERS:
- None
TRANSPORTS:
- Mr. Durre was taken to Carle Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
CHARGES:
- Uninsured vehicle, Exp Reg Sticker, Failure to reduce speed
PRELIMINARY:
- Unit 1 was traveling westbound on 1350th Av 1/4 mile west of Country Club Rd. Unit 1 lost control of the motorcycle, leaving the roadway to the north(right), and coming to rest in the ditch.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
