Teutopolis, IL -(Effingham Radio)- There will be a Special Village Board Meeting Thursday May 14th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Teutopolis Village Hall, 106 West Main Street, to consider passing a Back to Business Resolution, which would allow local businesses to reopen if they follow certain guidelines after COVID-19 forced non-essential businesses to close.
