Springfield, IL -(Vandalia Radio)- Illinois now has 31,508 confirmed cases of COVID-19 after an additional 1,151 cases were reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health on Monday. The IDPH also reported an additional 59 COVID-19 related deaths as the state’s COVID-19 related death total is now 1,349.
The state now has just 7 counties without a case of Coronavirus as both Cass and White counties are reporting their first cases as overall the state has confirmed cases in 95 of its 102 counties.
Fayette County has remained unchanged in the last 24 hours as there are still 15 confirmed cases in the county. Bond County, Shelby County and Effingham County are all unchanged at 4 cases each. Marion County reports 20 cases while Montgomery County reports 16 cases.
