Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- The global death toll from the coronavirus is now over 30-thousand.
The Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Research Center says Italy leads the world in Covid-19 deaths with over ten-thousand. Over 670-thousand cases of coronavirus have been confirmed worldwide, with the U.S. leading the way with over 124-thousand. In the U.S., New York has reported the most deaths.
NBC News says over 52-thousand cases of coronavirus have been reported in New York, and over 700 deaths.
