Midwest Ventures & Properties celebrated the opening of their new downtown lofts – The Exchange at 214 W Jefferson Street, Effingham. The lofts are industrial, modern designed apartments with lofted ceilings, raw brick, and natural lighting. It also includes an over-night room which is furnished with appliances.
