Cumberland County, IL -(Mattoon Radio)- The Cumberland County Health Department has issued a statement saying the first positive case has hit the county. Along with saying Emergency Operation Plans are activated, they also say the county requires resources from the Strategic National Stockpile.
The patient is in self-quarantine.
