Former IL Congressman Says He’s Gay

Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Former Illinois Congressman Aaron Schock says he’s gay.

He made the announcement today on Instagram, saying the announcement “will come as no surprise” to many. He added that he wishes he would’ve come out sooner.

Schock left office in 2015 amid an investigation about public and campaign funds he was accused of using.
