Maryville, IL -(Effingham Radio)- HSHS Medical Group is pleased to award Taylor Reese with our January Colleague of the Month Award. Taylor is a patient service representative at HSHS Medical Group Family and Internal Medicine Maryville in Maryville, Illinois.
The Colleague of the Month is chosen from nominations submitted by fellow HSHS Medical Group team members. “Taylor’s attitude and energy are very contagious. She is slow to judgment and puts a smile on everyone’s face that passes by,” her nominators said. “She is a patient experience champion, ensuring the waiting room is welcoming, fun, decorated and inviting for patients and families. She goes out of her way to recognize colleagues for a job well done, knowing that great patient experiences are most likely when our colleagues feel valued.”
“My job is not just to check people in and out but rather to impact them and give them a good sense of why we function and why HSHS Medical Group holds itself to such high standards,” Taylor said. “I try to spread positive energy as Christ spread his love for us, connecting with each patient, so they know the genuine nature of our mission.”
Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and loves music, specifically playing the trumpet and being part of a band. She is very passionate about listening to and playing music.
