Springfield, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Law enforcement is struggling with the issue of how to best detect and prevent drivers from getting behind the wheel high.
Executive Director of the Illinois Sheriff’s Association Jim Kaitschuk says there are complications for tracking people who drive under the influence of marijuana.
Kaitschuk says there is currently no standardized test to detect high drivers.
