Louisville, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Clay County Sheriff Andy Myers has released the following information.
- Sept. 21, Rachel Simpson, 34, Litchfield, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Petition to Revoke Probation on the original charge of DUI. Bond set at $10,000.00 (10%). She posted bond and was released.
- Sept. 23, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Alexis Burge, 25, Louisville, for Louisville Ordinance Dogs at Large. She was given a court date to appear in Clay County Court.
- Sept. 24, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Brody L. Hall, 20, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Theft. Bond set at $10,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
- Sept. 25, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Richard D. Hampton, 46, Louisville, on an utstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Use of Weapons by a Felon. Bond set at $250,000.00(10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
- Sept. 26, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Tyler J. Stewart, 33, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of D.U.I. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Sept. 27, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested John L. Britton, 26, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Domestic Battery. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Sept. 27, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested John R. Sherman, 25, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Obstructing Justice and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He appear in Clay County Court and was released.
- Sept. 29, Jared Cummins, 21, Claremont, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failiure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond set at $25,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Sept. 29, Aaron Silvers, 34, Fairfield, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County Contempt warrant. Bond set at $100.00 cash. He posted bond and was released.
- Sept. 30, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Gauge Staser, 21, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $3,000.00(10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Sept. 30, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Tyson Clasper, 44, Kinmundy for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While Driver’s License Revoked. He was given a Notice to Appear and released.
- Oct. 1, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Joshua R. Artis, 41, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
