Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- A group of Effingham area business leaders recently presented Avriti Dogra of Dieterich High School the Sept. award for Mathematic/Scientific scholastic achievement known as Hall of FAME, which represents Fantastic Area Mathematicians (Scientists) Extraordinaire.
Avriti was selected by her school staff based on preset standards. Presenting the award are Pat Gebben (Left) of Merz Heating & Air Conditioning, Avriti (Center), & Sarah Wright (Right) of Effingham Urology Associates. Avriti excels in Language & the arts & she will continue her education toward becoming a doctor. Sponsors not able to attend were Dr Brian Ogan, Stevens Industries, H & M Concrete, Joe’s Pizza, Prompt Care and Milano & Grunloh Engineers.
The leadership of these businesses knows that excellence in academics play an important part in the growth and vitality of our area and wish to encourage the scholastic endeavors of our leaders of tomorrow.
