Vandalia, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The following has been released by the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office:
- On September 10, 2019, Timothy R. Carrell, age 44, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of violation of sex offender registration, and was sentenced by Honorable Kevin Parker to 36 months, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
- On September 10, 2019, Kevin Bell, age 26, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of Driving While License Suspended, and was sentenced by Honorable Kevin Parker to 33 months, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
