Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- That wasn’t your imagination on this seemingly sunny day.
Tornado sirens for the city of Effingham were activated.
A cold air funnel cloud was spotted about three miles northeast of Effingham at around 2:30 pm.
National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for Cumberland County beginning at 2:36 pm and ending at 3:21 pm.
