On January 4, 2018, Christopher Cox, age 21, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of aggravated battery, and was sentenced to 4 years, to be served concurrent with two other cases in which the defendant pled guilty to the offense of Unlawful possess of cannabis, and theft over $500.00, and was sentenced to 3 years by Honorable Marc Kelly, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On January 4, 2018, Donald R. Roberts, age 36, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of driving while license revoked, and was sentenced by Honorable Marc Kelly to 18 months, to be served consecutive with another case in which the defendant pled guilty to the offense of driving while license revoked and was sentenced to 1 year, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On January 4, 2018, Jeffrey Taylor, age 24, of Vandalia, Illinois, pled guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 30 months, to be served concurrent with another case in which the defendant pled guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of controlled substance, and was sentenced to 3 years by Honorable Marc Kelly, to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
On January 4, 2018, Michael Eakle , age 39, of Shelbyville, Illinois, pled guilty to the offenses of driving while license revoked and aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, and was sentenced by Honorable Marc Kelly to 18 months for each count, to be served concurrent, in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
