The Charleston Police Department have released details about an armed robbery and kidnapping that occurred late Tuesday evening when four male suspects violently abducted an adult male victim. According to the victim, he was “pistolwhipped” and forced to go to the Mattoon Walmart where the four men forced him purchase, or attempt to purchase, them items.
Since then, three of the four suspects have been arrested. 33-year-old Darrell L. Enlow, 30-year-old Zeth M. Oliver, and 40-year-old Michael D. Lewis, all of Charleston are currently in custody at the Coles County Jail. Police are still searching for 24-year-old Martin “Pete” R. Oliver, also of Charleston.
