Effingham Public Library Celebrates Winter Reading

Stop by the Suzette Brumleve Memorial Effingham Public Library and pick up the Winter Read 2026 bingo card to help celebrate all the library has to offer throughout February.
Complete a bingo on the card to earn a small prize and be entered in a prize drawing for a gift certificate to Thunder Lanes in Neoga for kids or a Gabby Goat gift certificate for adults. Additional bingos on one card earn additional prize drawing entries.
Among the challenges on the 2026 bingo card are items such as “Read a Book by a New-To-You Author,” “Watch a Movie Based on a Book,” and “Read a Recipe and Bake It.” In all, 16 challenges await you in Winter Read 2026.
Winter Read ends Feb. 28. Completed cards must be turned in by March 3 to be entered in prize drawings. Last day to pick up prizes is March 7 and drawing winners will be announced March 8
This is a free event and a library card is not required.
