- Effingham City Police arrested 49 year old Kevin L. Brown of Christopher, IL for aggravated battery and mob action. Kevin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Krystal L. Brown of Dundee, MI for aggravated battery and mob action. Krystal was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 61 year old Toribio Q. Hernandez of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for driving on a revoked license, sentenced to 30 days, no DFD, with work release. Toribio was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Christopher J. Beck of Effingham for criminal trespass to real property and violating pretrial conditions. Christopher was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
