Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club recently welcomed Melissa Kelly and Regina McKinney with SAFE, who shared the organization’s 40-year history and its growth to serving 11 counties through five offices and a team of 16 employees. Kelly and McKinney also highlighted SAFE’s advocacy, counseling and prevention services, along with its partnerships with colleges and businesses throughout the region.
