Dieterich Little King & Queen Contest Candidates Announced

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The candidates for the 2026 Dieterich 4^th of July Celebration Little King and Queen contest have been announced.

King candidates are:

Clyde Brummer, son of Matt & Candace Brummer;

Tatum Garcia, son of Travis & Janelle Garcia;

Kolt Grewell, son of Jarrett & Abby Grewell;

Simon Jarrad, son of Amine & Shelly Jarrad;

Roland Ohnesorge, son of Justin & Tricia Ohnesorge;

and Russ Schabbing, son of Mark & Jeannie Schabbing.

Queen candidates are:

Bexley Byram, daughter of Trevor & Makenzie Byram;

Theia Homann, daughter of Josh & Beth Homann;

Sylvie Lustig, daughter of Mitch & Nikki Lustig;

Alysa Purcell, daughter of Joe & Dana Purcell;

Lucy Repking, daughter of Ryan & Kayla Repking;

and Ellie Worman, daughter of Jim & Breana Worman.

Vote for your favorite King and Queen at the Dieterich Bank – Dieterich branch lobby, Dieterich Mart, Roadrunner Refuel and Old Mac’s Drive Thru.  One penny equals one vote.  All proceeds raised go towards the purchase of fireworks for the Dieterich 4^th of July Celebration.

The winners will be announced on stage at Dieterich Liberty Park on Saturday, July 4^th at 6:00 p.m.
