Two-Vehicle Accident With Injuries In Mound Township

Mound Township, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Two drivers were injured in a crash at the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Illinois Highway 128 in Mound Township. Both drivers, Brandon Beccue of Edgewood and Shelbe Summers of Vandalia, sustained non-incapacitating injuries and were transported to HSHS St. Anthony’s.

Beccue was cited for failure to yield.
