Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- An ATV traveling northbound on 750th Street near Interstate 57 collided with a guard rail. The passenger, Dylan J. Lewis, age 31 from Dieterich, was thrown from the vehicle and air lifted to a hospital in St. Louis. The driver, Kenton D. Ort, of Mason, was arrested on multiple charges including DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an ATV on the roadway, and improper lane usage.
