City Reminder On Sidewalks

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The City of Effingham is asking residents to clear sidewalks on their property. Per city ordinance, it is the property owner’s responsibility to remove snow from sidewalks on of their property. The City says they have received complaints about the issue.
