Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Monte and Shirley Bartels were the guest speakers at the January 7 meeting of the Effingham Noon Rotary Club.
The Bartels lead a ministry in the Central American nation of Costa Rica. That ministry was the subject of their presentation. However, a bonus was Monte serenading his wife with a love song he wrote for her.
