Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The holiday season is here, and that means the return of the Shop with a Deputy program at the Sheriff’s Office. The Shop with a Deputy program has been a staple of the Effingham Community for years, and it always brings smiles to kids, parents, and sheriff’s deputies alike as the kids choose gifts for their family, and themselves.
