- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Kristy V. Smith of Effingham for possession of a stolen vehicle. Kristy was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20 year old Javier A. Ekmeiro Ferrer of Westfield, IN for an Effingham County FTA warrant for speeding 26-34mph over limit. Javier was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 52 year old Rafael Carrizosa Palma of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Rafael was given an NTA and was released.
- Altamont Police arrested 27 year old Alishia D. Brown of Altamont for domestic battery. Alishia was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Justin A. Pauley of Effingham for domestic battery and a Moultrie County FTA warrant for speeding 35mph+ over limit. Justin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
