Cecil M. “Bud” Sparling, Jr., 66 of Effingham, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

No public services will be held at this time.

Cecil was born September 12, 1959 in Effingham the son of Cecil Sr. and Marie (Stanley) Sparling. He is survived by his daughter, CaSandra Sparling of Altamont and sister, Brenda (Ralph) Workman of Ingraham.
