Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Downtown Effingham Hometown Christmas this past weekend was rescheduled to this upcoming Saturday, December 6 due to the winter weather.
Road closures remain the same as listed below, but for this week.

Road Closures
To accommodate the parade and activities, the following streets will be closed:
- Washington Ave. (3rd–5th St.): 2–6p
- 4th St. (Washington–Jefferson Ave.): 1–6p
- Jefferson Ave. (North Front–3rd St.): 3–6p
Parking Lot Closure for Santa’s Workshop
- City Lot at the southwest corner of Jefferson Ave. & 4th St. will be closed:
