IDOT’s Paul Wappel Shares Tips For Driving In Winter Weather In Interview

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- As winter weather approaches, we all need to make sure we are prepared for driving in it. Paul Wappel with IDOT District 7 shared tips on how to prepare for the winter weather, and what to do if you get stuck in the cold during a storm.
