Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- It is harvest season, and that means farmers are out in their fields bringing in their crop for the year. This also means you will see combines and other farm equipment on the roadways. Sheriff Paul Kuhns stopped by the studio this week and emphasized safety on the roads this season, and how to drive safely when encountering farm equipment on roadways.
