City Of Effingham Announces Road Closure Expected To Last Until August

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the City of Effingham:

The City of Effingham will be closing North First Street from Temple Avenue to Roadway Avenue (including St. Anthony High School southeast parking lot) from Monday, May 19^th from 7:00AM to Friday, August 8^th at 3:30PM.
