Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A 3.3 magnitude earthquake shook the area around Lerna Monday night. It happened around 11:45pm at a depth of about 9.8km.
No injuries were reported from the quake. Local areas such as Neoga, Mattoon, Charleston, and even Effingham could have felt some of the effects of the earthquake.
