City Of Effingham Announces Road Closure Starting Friday

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the City of Effingham:

Fourth St. will be closed from the Ron Diehl Center to the South entrances of the Village Apartments and E Hendelmeyer from 4^th St. to the North entrance of the Village Apartments,  Friday March 7^th from 7AM to 4PM.

The closure will then resume Monday March 10^th at 7AM and will be closed until Friday March 21^st.

Both the North and South entrances to the Village Apartments will remain open.
