Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The City of Effingham roadway closure for Rickelman Ave is changing tomorrow morning. At 7:00am June 20th, the contractor plans to move the closure from Stage 2B to Stage 3 as shown in the picture above. This will change access to The Glenwood Assisted Living. All businesses east of Fourth Street will be accessed from the east, that is Route 45, starting at 7:00am, Tuesday June 20th.
We respectfully request that you help us complete this work quickly and safely by staying clear of all construction activity and avoiding Rickelman Avenue to the extent practical.
