Expect a Drier and Warmer Than Normal Early June

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Expect drier and warmer than normal conditions for Early June.

According to the National Weather Service, below-normal precipitation and warmer-than-normal temperatures are expected across Illinois during the beginning of June.

Average high temperatures for early June normally are in the low 80’s with lows in the low 60’s.

This extended stretch of dry weather could cause impacts to vulnerable plants.
