Rickelman Avenue Construction Project Moves To Phase 2B Starting Today

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the Effingham Public Works Facebook Page:

Starting May 23rd at 7:00am, construction will be moving to Stage 2B. This will change access to Wet Pools and Spas only! You will now enter from the east, that is from Rt 45.

Access to other local businesses will remain the same and all are open!
