Land of Lincoln Credit Union made a donation to The Effingham City Police Department and the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, May 16th. The donation consisted of Visa pre-paid gift cards that Officers could use to help families or travelers in need during an emergency. Land of Lincoln Credit Union has done this in the past, and we are happy to partner with them again. Land of Lincoln feels that Police Officers, who work in our communities day in and day out, are ideally positioned to see the people who might need some emergency assistance.
Thank you Land of Lincoln, this is a good community to live and work in.
