
Highland Park, IL-(Effingham Radio)- An eight-year-old boy who was paralyzed after being shot in the Fourth of July parade mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois, is now back in school.
The family of Cooper Roberts released a statement saying they didn’t know if this day would ever come. Cooper now uses a wheelchair. His relatives say his transition back to school will be slow and gradual.
